What did I finish reading?
The Girl who Played with Fire (Millennium #2) by Stieg Larsson 5/5 (review)
Insane! I loved this book, and even though it has a completely different feel than the first book, it's still amazing! It was awesome delving more into the characters' lives.
Gameboard of the Gods (Age of X #1) by Richelle Mead 3/5 (review)
I can see how some people can get into this book, but I was a bit confused as it seemed overly complicated for a first book. I believe it should have had either a prequel novella, or something to better explain things and to lessen the load of the first book. The mystery was a good one though.
I..hmm, what to say. This book would be okay among the elderly, perhaps? I don't know how to put it, but it just seemed extremely toned down, unrealistic and to me, a bit corny. I didn't like the overall mystery, and I really didn't like any of the characters. So much for sitting down for a cozy mystery :/
Seeing as how I read and finished this the same day as the aforementioned book, this was a great improvement. It was a great quick read, but the characters really didn't seem all that developed and there were questions left as to how the organization started and what it's purpose is. I've always known this was a Young Adult book, but there was even a point when I felt too old for even considering this book in the first place, with it's Justin Bieber references, haha! I'm not really into his music, but it felt like it really brought the book down a notch for me. On the other hand, I love anything that has to do with psychics, so I'm sure I'll pick up the next book when it comes out.

Life of Pi by Yann Martel
4% through. I downloaded the ebook (it's illustrated *smiles*) a couple days ago, but figured I should finish whatever pending library books I already had so I could focus all my attention on this book. I don't have much of an opinion yet, seeing as how I just started chapter two, but I suppose it could get interesting.
I haven't gotten a hold of this book yet, BUT it's been waiting on hold for me in the library for the past four days and today I'm going over to drop off some stuff, and pick this up. I'm going to start on it right away, since the first book was pretty short, I'm assuming this one will be too. I really enjoyed the first Ultraviolet, so I have great hopes for this one!
What do I plan on reading next?
With me, it seems like I'm never too sure on when I'll get an impulse book from the library, but I'll still try to predict a least 1 book.
Multiple Exposure: A Sophie Medina Mystery by Ellen Crosby
I accidentally requested this galley and got approved, but the more I look at it, the more I'm excited about it. I love photography and I love a good mystery!! So good thing I did request it :D
