What did I finish reading?
Renegade (Ripper #2) by Amy Carol Reeves 3/5 (review)
An interesting story that, although didn't measure up to the first of the series, shows promise in the plot for the third.
Mr. Monk in Trouble (Mr. Monk #9) by Lee Goldberg 4/5
A great mystery within a mystery as we encounter not only Monk, but his equally OCD ancestor Artemis, as he lands himself in Trouble.
I loved this historical fiction account of Anne Neville! I found it very eerie that after I finished the book, Richard III's remains were found. Coincidence? I think not! Haha, I jest, but this book really reminded me how much I love the historical fiction genre and I've made a new friend in Philippa Gregory's work.
What am I currently reading?
I'm currently 54% through this book, although I plan on reading more as soon as I finish this post. I really love this series, and this book is totally different from the first two as Luce travels back in time to try to find out how her and Daniel's love come about and how to break their curse. I should be finished in no time, but I'm learning to stop making predictions on when I'll finish a book because random circumstances have a way of popping up.
I'm at the third chapter. Oliver has been born, sent to a workhouse, asked for "some more" and has had an ad put in the paper for someone to take him off their hands. (How's that for a quick summary? ha!) I'm reading this out of my Barnes and Noble Leather bound copy that has four other novels included in it. The text is extremely small and tends to give me a migraine, so this is basically the only reason why I have stopped at the third chapter, so far.

Murder, She Wrote: Domestic Malice (Murder She Wrote #38) by Donald Baine
I've read and loved a few of the other Murder She Wrote book in the series, so when I found this on the "New" shelf in my library, I snatched it up.
If you check my blog, you'll know that I recently finished The Fiddler last month. Well, I found and received The Guardian (Home to Hickory Hollow #3) on NetGalley and can't wait to read it! I love me some amish lit.
